When will I receive my unit?
We'll be shipping in 6 months from order. Our units are fully engineered, prototyped, and ready for mass production, however, we need to gather support through this preorder round. Once we have enough preorders, we'll go ahead with production and early supporters will get their units first.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your $5 deposit is not refundable, however, we will notify you before taking full payment in case you change your mind.
Is my health data private?
Yes, it most certainly is private! We will never share, distribute, or sell your data to any third party.
Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is included within the U.S.
