How does SOND detect when I fall asleep?
SOND uses a combination of motion sensors, temperature tracking, and microphones to detect when you’ve drifted off. Its machine‑learning algorithms analyze shifts in heart rate, respiration, body stillness, ear temperature, and more.
Can the AI learn and improve over time?
Yes. The more you use Dreambuds, the smarter the AI gets-adapting its suggestions based on what helps you sleep best.
Can I use it offline?
Yes-SOND Dreambuds can operate offline. The case has built‑in storage that lets you download a set of sleep tracks for use without Wi‑Fi. To access the full experience-including real‑time AI guidance-you’ll need a Wi‑Fi connection.
Does the app include a ‘Find My Device’ feature?
Yes. The SOND app includes a ‘Find My Dreambuds’ feature that helps you locate misplaced earbuds using Bluetooth signal strength. If they’re within range, the buds can emit a locating tone. GPS isn’t used-so it’s proximity‑based, not map‑based.
Do I need the paid subscription to improve my sleep?
Not at all. The free SOND Core plan already includes masking sounds, biometric tracking, and nightly reports-enough to help most people sleep significantly better. The Concierge plan adds advanced features like personalized coaching, 500+ sleep tracks, and dream journaling.
Can I use SOND Dreambuds for music during the day?
Absolutely. Dreambuds aren’t just for sleep-they’re engineered with premium drivers that deliver rich, immersive audio anytime.
How long is the battery life?
Up to 9 hours of all‑night use, based on internal targets.
What is the reservation deposit?
By leaving a $5 deposit, you reserve the right to buy this product at a discount when it launches. If the product never launches, you will receive a full refund.
When can I get my product?
